When will Zodia operations cease to be available?

  • The Zodia mobile app will no longer be available from 29th February 2024. You will have been notified by email at your account registered address.

What will I see when I open the Zodia app?

  • Before 29th February 2024, the mobile app will look the same as when you last opened it. After 29th February 2024, you will no longer be able to access your profile or open the Zodia app on mobile.

Can I still exercise my rights under data privacy laws, such as the right to access a copy of my data?

  • You continue to have rights set out in Zodia’s Privacy Policy, including the right to request a copy of your data. Zoda’s Privacy Policy can be found here.
  • Please note: Your data will be deleted from 28th March 2024 in accordance with Zodia’s retention policies.

Will I still be able to contact Zodia for support?

  • Our support teams will continue to operate while the app is still available until 29th February 2024, through the settings in your app or via the web at https://form.typeform.com/to/SKSMIOEJ.

Can I still contact Zodia through social media?

  • Zodia social channels will no longer be in operation as of February 29th.

Can I request erasure of my personal data?

  • You can delete your account by 29 February in the Zodia app via You > Settings > Delete Account. When your account is deleted, your personal data will be deleted in accordance with Zodia’s retention policies.
  • Alternatively, you can complete a Data Erasure Request. Please contact us by 28th March 2024 through our feedback form at https://form.typeform.com/to/SKSMIOEJ, and we will guide you through the process.
  • Please note all Zodia members’ data will be deleted from 28 March 2024 in accordance with Zodia’s retention policies.

How can I access my data?

  • You can request access to your data by submitting a Subject Access Request. Please contact us through the Zodia app via You > Settings > Contact support before 29th February 2024 or via the web at https://form.typeform.com/to/SKSMIOEJ before 28th March 2024, and we will guide you through the process.
  • Please note all Zodia members’ data will be deleted from 28th March 2024 in accordance with Zodia’s retention policies.
